RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal depends on the rate selected at the time of booking. Each rate specifies its terms and conditions at the time of reservation.

For “Non-refundable, non-cancellable” rates: 100% of the stay is charged and non-refundable once booked. A 100% deposit (excluding extras) is charged at the time of booking.

For “Flexible” rates: cancellation is free up to 24 hours before arrival. If canceled later or in case of no-show, the first night (excluding extras) will be charged and non-refundable. The debit/credit card will be used to guarantee your reservation.
